Cancelation Policy

* Cancelation fee of $50 for physical services. As long as you cancel 24hrs before your service date, we won't charge a cancelation fee.

 * Cancelation fee of $25 for personalized services. As long as you cancel within 24hrs of placing your order, we won't charge a cancelation fee.

Return Policy

A replacement or refund will be issued for defective merchandise. Request for return must be made within 7 days after shipment. Items must be unopened and in original package for return to be valid.
